We are delighted to introduce Andrew Buchanan Design.

Andrew is designing our Stand (H184) at Decorex in London, 6th-9th October.

Andrew Buchanan has worked as a project manager and interior designer for the last 17 years.
Starting his career as a draughtsman in New Zealand, he then moved to the UK where he worked
with Bill Bennette on a number of large scale refurbishment projects.

As a senior interior designer for Joanna Trading, and a director from 2016, during the last 10 years
he has successfully completed numerous projects in London and abroad including a penthouse in
Mayfair, a large country house in Cambridge, a ten bedroom chalet in Gstaad and the Clubhouse at
The All England Lawn Tennis Club, Wimbledon.

Now working for him self, he has a project in Boston, Massachusetts and is looking at a refurbishment
project in New York, along with tendering for other projects in London.

Andrew has worked on buildings from the pouring of the concrete through to the hanging of the
pictures and the placing of the soft furnishings. He manages the design process from concept
through to installation.

He has a practical knowledge of the design construction and function of both furniture and buildings
as well as their historical architectural detailing. He also has valuable experience in the hospitality
sector.

Andrew was recently featured in House & Garden and is a member of BIID. To read this wonderful article, please click on the link below…
